I am rejecting this response because: Warranty work was complete, but not done properly. IF they have a problem doing the work don't warranty the house, yes they are small things that I can fix but that is not the point. The house is no longer under warranty because the one year is up, it has been problem after problem and being lied too so they can get away with it, I don't want to see a fellow veteran that is unable to do the work to a home get stuck in the same position, this whole complainant is more of an integrity issue.

I am rejecting this response because: Warranty work was complete, but not done properly. IF they have a problem doing the work don't warranty the house, yes they are small things that I can fix but that is not the point. The house is no longer under warranty because the one year is up, it has been problem after problem and being lied too so they can get away with it, I don't want to see a fellow veteran that is unable to do the work to a home get stuck in the same position, this whole complainant is more of an integrity issue.
