Regarding customer *** ** *** she has received the tern that she has orderedThe customer came into our showroom and ordered a closet out of a catalogThe customer was made aware that the item was a special order and could take between 2-weeksThe item she ordered was back ordered and
came into stock the day of delivery** *** harassed and used profane language toward our employees multiple timesThe day of delivery *** *** called our location every minutes clogging our phone fines and continued to bring our operation to a haltWe did delivery the item that she ordered and we did assemble the item that she orderedAfter receiving the item and saying it was satisfactory and no damagesThe next day ** *** said that this was in fact not the item that she had ordered even though we went point for point during the transaction*** *** began to make claims that she purchased something with shelves when she clearly purchased a closet with a hanging pole, ** *** began to bombard us with cats and threats of calling her bank for a chargeback while having the merchandiseWe also have offered her to take back the closet and give her a 50% store credit so she could find Something elseWe have done everything we can do to appease this customer out it seems that there is no way to make this customer happyI would like for *** *** to halt communications to our locationsWe have given her what she ordered and what she has paid for there is nothing else we can do for herThank you for you time

Regarding the customer in question *** ***Our bank made a transfer into our account by mistakeThe original transaction was voided at the point of saleWe were unaware of the funds being in our possessionAs soon as we were aware that the funds were in our possession we contacted our
merchant services and returned it immediatelyWe were contacted in 3/14/by the customer and we contacted our merchant services and refunded the funds The funds have not been on our possession since 3/17/The customer must contact their bank and see where the funds areAs of today we have not had the funds in our possession for more than weeks

Went to purchase a sofa and love seat for my grandmother The salesman was nice and the price was reasonable so we went ahead and bought a set and delivery When they got there, the delivery guys bought the furniture in and left I called and was told that the delivery fee does not include set up and that it says that on the receipt My problem is, I bought furniture before (just this past year) from a more reputable store and they delivered it, set it up, and disposed of the trash....like professionals This store just drops it off I'm sorry but saying it's on the receipt and not telling the customer at the time of purchase that it costs extra to have it set up is a rip off, and speaking of rip off, the sofa came with a wooden board underneath which had long nails in it that apparently the customer is suppose to remove (did I mention this was for my GRANDMOTHER)In the process of removing the board, it ripped the fabric So they not only failed to tell us about the "no set-up" policy, but expect you to pull a board off of it and not damage your new sofa, making them not liable I wish I had just went where I started to go in the first place (Bob's), it might've costs more but we would've gotten a guarantee and much better professional service

I am rejecting this response because:to date we nor the bank has received this money Both myself and my husband I have spoken with VIP and am still being told the they returned the money to our accountThe Store contacted us after being upset about negative reviews we posted online and felt we shouldn't post our review because it was simple human error, hardly apologeticIt would seem like a business that did something like this would be a lot more concerned and sincere about the mess this has createdVIP has not beenthe only thing the store sent to us was proof was a screenshot of a bank statement showing $fee adjustment...nothing that would identify that it was our $or if it was even being credited to OUR account We immediately contacted the bank the same day we received the Revdex.com correspondence which is still saying to date they have not received anything from VIPNot sure why if the money was returned why is it so difficult to post to the accountAny other merchant we have been to for a return once set in action it usually takes 3-business days to postwe have been dealing with this "human error" since 2/24/Never once, even after VIP admitted they actually had the money did they offer to give us our money back cash to settle this matterit just seems like a lot of run around and a possible scam

February 27, 2015We have contacted and taken care of the customer [redacted]. This receipt is actually over a year old and doesn't fall in with the manufacture warranty. We have gone above and beyond for this customer. We did not have to do anything for this since she did not purchase an...

extended warranty, but we took it upon ourselves to make the customer happy because that's what we do.

I am rejecting this response because: They've totally responded with false information. I was never given a chance for them to resolve the issue; they always said that that was what I ordered.  I contacted them every other day or when owner (Josh) said I was going to receive cabinet. I WASNOT informed of a manufacturing company. They said they had cabinet, the one that I ordered which was supposed to have been a Kitchen Cabinet, not a cabinet for a work place. At first they said I would receive cabinet 3 days after purchase. The guy who sold me the cabinet said he was going to put it together hisself. After 7 days went by, that's was my first call and they were the ones who started arguing with me from that first call. Then after waiting a few more days, I finally got Josh, the owner, and he promised me he would have cabinet for me that Monday and he himself would put it together and he told me if I didn't like it, he would then give me my monies back. Then after not receiving cabinet again, I called again, I DIDNOT bombard them with calls and they were also rude to me, telling me that was what I ordered and hanging up on me. After they finally brought cabinet, after I had gone to bed late that night, I seen it the next day. I had called Josh to tell him I wanted the monies back like he promised because that was not the cabinet I ordered. I ordered a kitchen cabinet for my can goods and kitchen items that I'd cook with, NOT an office cabinet with an hanger rod. They think people are fools and I did expect him to go honor his agreement, he/they knew they were in the wrong. After talking to Josh once more and I told him I would keep the cabinet if he would give me 2 more shelves for the cabinet it was so big with only 2 shelves one the third part of cabinet, yes that's how big the cabinet was; it was for an office or company, NOT an kitchen. After I kept calling and they kept telling me Josh weren't available and getting smart with me still arguing with me and Josh never returned my calls or gave me the 2 shelves then I started using choice words, they were so disrespectful to me. And, of course, they would start lying on me and the situation. They are not honest businessmen or company and I would never do business with them again, they taught me a hard & big lesson. Now they took the trust from me that I would have before using my credit card again and now I know to take pictures, etc. I would inform people what they did to me. And the part about 50% off and store credit, that's hogwash and they know it. Josh said I would be refunded my monies back if I didn't like it, another lie, because he didn't do it, neither did I ever get the 2 shelves he promised. I'm done with trusting people of his sorts and the store workers. They lied all the way around with their rude and disrespectful workers and owner. With GOD as my witness, they know what I said is correct. I hope I was their only sucker.
