I am rejecting this response because:
I sent a very valid response to the last message this company sent proving my phone calls to the company and my complaints. I even attached my phone bill which shows 4 phone calls to their company.  The company then copied and pasted the exact same message which I originally rejected. Of course I haven’t had treatment in nine months because the company called me in February saying they had closed. We are now in the first early week of October. So according to ANY calculations of basic months, that phone call of them shutting down would have been eight months ago. I got treatment 6-8 weeks apart. So about 10 months ago now. 
This company does not have a legal reason to NOT refund me. This is absolutely a breach of nonperformance of a bilateral contract. This makes me the non breaching party, and the non breaching party is entitled to compensatory damages as I did NOT receive my expectation of this contract. 
Furthermore, this is also a breach by anticipatory repudiation meaning that the the promisee(me) may make other plans and seek an appropriate remedy. In this case, I am seeking a monetary remedy since I was not given my full service before this company closed.
With that said, if you would like to keep this going, I will. Like I said, I will get my attorneys involved which I don’t think this company wants because that means you would also have to retain an attorney. I am pretty positive that refunding me the amount that was not serviced will cost a lot less than a retainer plus hourly costs.

Hello [redacted],                 The patient [redacted] is a patient from our San Diego clinic. This patient has made no attempts to contact us, from what I see in our system. I am able to view her digital chart, she purchase a package for Laser Hair Removal for the Full Legs, BB and Lip. 6 in total of each area. This purchase was made on 05/01/2015 for $1,598.40 (in 3 payments) (I’ve attached her treatment and financial agreement). This package was complete on 12/01/2016. As stated in our consent as well as our treatment and financial agreement that she signed, states and I quote “I clearly understand that my payment is for the procedure(s) preformed during the term of the agreement and not for any specific results. All payments are non-refundable.”  Her package has been complete for 9 months, unfortunately patients fail to understand even though they sign the consent that states,  “Laser Hair Removal is a cumulative hair reduction and is not permanent hair removal.”   Please contact me with any additional questions.
