Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us We responded to the customers concerns yesterday Unfortunately, we do not have an extra box to send to the customer at this time The customer can purchase packaging for the item and we will reimburse them via Paypal for the cost of the return packaging Also, we have already provided a prepaid return shipping label for the return If the customer needs assistance with the return we can offer a UPS pickup for the item once it is packed up and ready for shipment I'm attaching the customers prepaid return label to this case for records Once the product is packed up, let us know and we'll schedule a pickup for the item

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Their 50 inch Refurbished Philips TV is packed and ready to be picked up on Monday April 16th, 2018 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thank you so so much Revdex.com for your help in this matter.

Refund has been issued as per customer request via PayPal. Customer said they already sent email to remove the complaint. If you contact customer she will confirm that issue has been resolved.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to close it.  Refund Paypal...
