I wanted to reach out to you after having a difficult interaction with a vendor that I was going to use for our Fall Picnic on Sunday, September 24, The vendor (VIP Photobooth) was not only difficult to obtain information from, but very curt and rude when I would call to speak with them, both [redacted] would also place myself, or my co-workers, [redacted] on hold rather than speak with us and then hang upHe would also screen our callsWhen [redacted] called to speak with him the week of the event, not only was he rude to her but called her unnecessary namesWhen she then verbalized that she wanted to cancel with him, he said that per Terms of Service we would be deducted $because it was under daysI was not provided with a Terms of Service link until after the payment for this vendor had been processed, nor did they ever bring it to my attentionOn their website it states an 80% refund if canceled within days They have been extremely difficult t
