Got an oil changed from them, within 5 minutes of leaving my check engine sign came on and my car starting making a high pitch whine and was shaking. I was the last oil change of the day so they were closed when I return. Per their sign we brought the car back the next day for them to inspect it, and they just opened the oil lid and the filter lid and said we changed it. We don’t touch anything else. We told them the check engine sign came and was making a noise. We took it to the mechanic this same day. The mechanic found the oil filter was broken and the piece fell inside causing the sensor to go off and causing the car issue. This was causing the oil not to flow and basically was no oil going to the motor. They had to replace the air filter. We took it back the following day to VIP, and the manager was telling us they didn’t do it that who ever changed it before broke it. We have never had any issues previously with our car. This place is no good worthless and the owner will give you the run around let’s start off with I take about TRUCKS into this car wash a month and they do an “OK” job so Saturday I decided to take my personal truck to them and they told me that it would need to be hand washed and it would cost me $bucks no big deal but when they brought my truck back around from the back my passenger side mirror had deep scratches on it and so I went and talk to *** the owner and he told me “Oh you know when you bring your vehicles to a car wash you should expect things to happen and you probably did this in a parking lot” this truck has miles on it that’s it!!!!! Then he went on to tell me that he will call me Monday and today is Wednesday I have been calling everyday and he has dodged me every time so I went and got a estimate from the dealer and it cost $ for just the parts so take it from me don’t go here
