This case have been referred to my attorneys for collection and or court action, Customer authorized work, work was performed beyond demolition due to water damage, carpets and floors was removed,, drying equipment's was supplied and abatement completed, insured insurance denied the claim due to
flood clause, we have tried to resolved this, and at this point its going to court, let the court decide thanks

I am rejecting this response because:The business's response to my complaint is only partially true.  Yes, this case has been referred to his attorneys for collection and or court action.  No, I had authorized for correct and completed work that included restoration, demolition, and construction which he had not completed.  Julian believes he did an asbestos abatement and a proper demolition, which is false after I had gotten test results negative for asbestos and he caused more damage through demolition and did zero construction.  Yes, we have tried to resolve this, but yet he refuses to work with me unless I pay only what he wants and thinks he deserves.  Yes, my insurance denied the claim due to a flood so he is coming after me to pay for his "work."

Off course your asbestos test will come out nagative , because you are performing the test after the abatement was done. The court will decide. Wish you well
