Myself and my husband purchased our wedding rings from rogers and hollands jewlers less than a year agoThough I have a warranty, the stone has fallen out of my wedding ring three times now, all sentimental value is gone at this point as I don't want a new ring, I want the ring I got on that dayMy husband custom ordered that ring, and it took forever to come inCustomer service people act as though you are crazy for being outraged, this last time they offered me a coupon for the price of the ringCRAZY! We paid a lot of money for that ring, why can't you just make it correctly? My husband also purchased a tungsten ring from rogers and holland, also not cheapIt is falling apart as well!!! The sales lady told us that she never reccomends these to people?! Are you kidding me? I submitted a complaint but the buisness has not answered meI will never buy from this compant again, cheap jewlery, bad customer service, ring keeps needing to be shipped over seasI'm just done
