Review: I purchased 2 identical adult toys in which they test there to make sure they work. I only heard one working but the sales girl assured me they both worked. So when I got home I tested them and only one was working. I contacted the business right away and explained what happened but they have a no exchange no return policy and gave me the company emails address to try and contact them through email. I made several attempts and have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or replacement of product due to them lying to me about the product working when defective instead.

Review: On 4/30/15 I had purchased a few items and having never been able to see or hold them through the entire process I was unaware that one of them was broken. The items had been retrieved from a case by staff brought to the register bagged and handed to me at the door as I left after I paid, the items being two [redacted] a [redacted] V.I.P. carries. When I got home and removed them from the bag I unwrapped the plastic shrink wrap from them and one fell apart in my hands. I returned to the store only a few hours after I purchased the items only to be told I couldn't return them and I would need to email a complaint. I asked for a manager but was told one couldn't be contacted and even if they were able she would say the same.

The only request I had made was that I be able to exchange the product for one that wasn't broken and was told because it was just shrink wrapped and not boxed that was impossible. I had plans to purchase other things as well to not waste the trip but left in disgust at the results and I'm sure I won't be returning to their stores again. My only hope is to recoup my money so I can end my relationship with their company.

I emailed them using the email address they provided but nearly two weeks later and I have yet to receive a response. I just want my money back!Desired Settlement: A refund of the full purchase price plus tax.

Review: On 1/16/15 my husband and I shopped at [redacted] and bought 2 items. One was pastie glue and when we got it home it was all solid and unusable. Took it back and the clerks were not nice and said they do not refund or exchange. All I wanted was exchange. So they gave me the e-mail to get a refund [redacted] and states that they do not chek the site daily for e-mails. This has been over 2 weeks and I e-mailed again and no response.They probably should be investigated as there were a lot more crs in the parking lot than clerks and customers in the store.
