Review: I brought my 2009 Nissan Murano in for an oil change and the service tech on duty took apart the wrong engine covers looking for the air filter and did not place the covers back on correctly and lost some of the screws. Its amazing how poor the service is here and the employees are not properly trained to service cars. It took the manager the service tech and the service manual to get the covers placed back over the engine and they did not secure it properly and lost some screws. When I brought it to there attention that it was missing 2 screws and was not put back correctly they said it was already missing the screws. When I asked to speak to the VIP manager they said there isn't anyone I could talk and would have to live with it even though I know my vehicle was in perfect condition when I brought in for a simple oil change. As a customer I expect my vehicle to come out the same way it went in and when they made the mistake of taking off the incorrect equipment they should at a very minimum make sure it is put back together properly. Instead they would rather lose customers.Desired Settlement: I would like vip to replace the missing screws that they removed from the cover that had absolutely nothing to do with the oil change.

Review: On July 12, 2013 I went in to VIP wash and Lube for a normal oil change. The very next day my vehicle breaks down on the highway and completely shuts off. At this point I went ahead and towed my vehicle to a mechanic to only find out my engine was blown due to NO OIL in the engine. IN FACT I had ABSOLUTLY no FILTER on the bottom of my car. I contact VIP Wash and Lube general manager Hector and was assured everything would be taken care of. I was promised a new engine and all repairs will be fixed on their behalf, due to an improper oil change in which resulted in my engine being blown. It is going on several weeks now with my vehicle still parked on my driveway and nothing has been done to fix this mistake!!! I tried contacting the owner several time, he is apparently a ghost because I cannot get this guy to speak to me!!! I am here with no vehicle and no money to replace my vehicle! I CAN NOT believe the actions of this business owner not taking responsibility to fix my vehicle due to the negligence of his STAF! I recommend ABSOLUTLELY NO ONE use the services of VIP Wash and Lube!!! I will seek justice for the negligence that resulted in me loses my car!

Review: I GOT A PLAN NOT KNOWING THAT THEY WILL BE TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH I DID GO BACK TO CANCEL THE PLAN AND I WAS DUE A REFUND OF $53.22 I HAVE NOT RECEIVEDTHE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT WAS TOLD 8/22/15 BY MARCOS THE MANAGER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BRING A STATEMENT FROM MY BANK TO SHOW THE MONEY BEING TAKING OUT WHICH WAS $58.48 ON 8/11/15Desired Settlement: MY DESIRE IS TO GET MY REFUND OF $53.22

Review: An oil change was done at VIP two days ago. The plug wasn't tightened properly and two days later the oil light went on. When my son checked under the car the plug was gone. He immediately put a temporary plug in, filled it with oil and went to VIP wash and Lube. The said they were not responsible. The engine appears to be seized. The manager refused to give me any contact information to pursue the matter. He offered us two free oil changes. Can't change the oil on a car that no longer works!!!! He told me someone from VIP Wash and Lube would be calling today. How do I proceed?Desired Settlement: I feel that VIP should make the necessary repair to the vehicle or pay the replacement cost.
