Good Afternoon [redacted] , We received another letter from this customer regarding complaint ID [redacted] His note states that he never received the parts we promised His first messages mentioned that he shipped cash with the defective pins for warranty replacementWe never received the pins, the letter or the cash that he says he mailed We did however receive his money order and immediately shipped the parts even though the money order didn't cover the full cost of the parts and shippingWe also replaced the pins without receiving the defective pinsThis is not our policy, but we did it in an effort to quickly resolve this issue The below email from him on 3/states the complete opposite as the note from Revdex.comHe goes on to explain how it was challenging to install some of the new parts and also how the new parts have improved his shooting UPS tracking confirmation confirms that the parts were delivered on 3/The tracking number is: 1Z15Y6A[redacted] I've attached our copies of the invoices that were sent to the customer with their shipment Please let me know how we can move forward Have a great day! Good Afternoon,
We recently received a customer complaint from *** ***. ">ID number ***
Please append the fact that this customer of ours did not respond to multiple email messages before submitting this complaintThe following are the details of our interaction
It should be noted that *** estimated that his sight was around years old
*** called and spoke with me on 2/3.
I let him know that I would get back to him asap.
Special note: 2/was my first day working here
It was going to take me a little time to get back to him because I didn't know how much we charged for the site bar
I attempted to email him on multiple occasions before 2/and did not hear back from him.
Below are a couple emails related to this issueYou'll note that I went as far as to send him my personal mobile number, but never received a call back
You'll note after one of my final emails that I let him know that I would contact via phoneI called him the next day as promised(2/12)We had a great phone conversation where we talked about archery hunting and many other family related things*** never mentioned the complaint, I was unaware that it had been filedThe duration of that phone conversation was over minutesDuring that conversation *** said he would be mailing the sight pins and the money for the sight bar asap
You'll note from the response in the below email that he said he had done that.
We have not received his check, or his pins as of 2/
I left an additional phone message after we received this letter on 2/19.
At this point I have not heard from him since the voice mail either
Please feel free to call or email me with any additional information I can provide.
I'm taking extreme offense to this complaint since *** Archery Products strives to take care of 100% of customer issues.
You'll note we've never had a single complaint in years of businessYou'll also note that this issue appears to be a symptom of *** not receiving emails
Not a lack of our commitment to making him happy
And after all, he said he was going to mail us the pins and money before I ever knew there was a complaint filed

I am waiting to here from them or recieve my products in the mail. I sent them another $40.00 this time in a bank money order thats a total of $80.00 I have sent, I was told it would on cost $20.00 but wanted to make sure any parts or the color pattern were covered along with any shipping charges. The first money along with the pins MIGHT of been lost in the mail I'll give them that but not the second time. I have talked to [redacted] Reins and I was asured the pins would be replaced or the sight would be replaced IF he could not find the pins. I have been more than patient and either want a new Predator MICROTUNE in Mathews lost camo or the parts to turn my [redacted] sight into a dovetail mounted sight AND the 029 pins one in red and one in green or $300.00 back to cover money out of pocket. I do not wish to discuss this over the phone or by text with them because it cost me to use my minutes on my phone. If they wish to tell me what they are willing to do they can email me or regular mail me or just send me a sight. I have been nice and friendly with them so maybe they would do something. I have spent to much money and time to resolve this. I figured they would send me the replacement sight pins free of charge as promised and I  was happy so I ordered the other parts. I would have not paid for parts or tried to do bussiness with them if I knew this was going to happen . I will keep you informed of their actions if any. I just do not want any confrontations with themover the phone or otherwise or this to cost me any more money. I just want this to be resolved now.

His note states that he never received the parts we promised. 
1. His first messages mentioned that he shipped cash with the defective pins for warranty replacement. We never received the pins, the letter or the cash that he says he mailed.
2. We did however receive his money order and immediately shipped the parts even though the money order didn't cover the full cost of the parts and shipping. We also replaced the pins without receiving the defective pins. This is not our policy, but we did it in an effort to quickly resolve this issue.
 
The below email from him on 3/8 states the complete opposite as the note from Revdex.com. He goes on to explain how it was challenging to install some of the new parts and also how the new parts have improved his shooting. 
 
UPS tracking confirmation confirms that the parts were delivered on 3/7. The tracking number is: 1Z15Y6A5[redacted]6. I've attached our copies of the invoices that were sent to the customer with their shipment.
