In the month of august 3rd 2016 [redacted] came to viper automotive to purchase a 2011 Buick Enclave. While at the dealership she was approved for a loan through a lender named coastal credit. However during...

there verification they found that Ms [redacted] had committed fraud against them with a fake paystub. The deal was rejected and would not be considered for future approval. At that point we found that she only made ** and hour as opposed to the [redacted] she had stated. We asked her if she could find a co buyer, she said her sister [redacted] would be willing to help After looking over the deal she wasn't eligible to co sign. At that point we had advised them we couldn't not help them and they decided to try and see if [redacted] could buy the vehicle. She was approved for the Enclave with a lender called united auto credit. After weeks of her employer not answering the phone the deal was finally completed and we all moved on. At the time of purchase a 90 day 3,000 mile warranty was sold with the car for her protection and ours. Approximately 35 days after purchase the lender was calling requesting first payment. Ms [redacted] failed to make the first payment on her vehicle and the bank returned the contract forcing viper automotive to purchase the loan back forced by a lawsuit in California court. In that time frame ms [redacted] had put over 4,000 miles on the vehicle and the warranty was then voided due to excess miles. They ruined the engine and had to be replaced on order for it to run correctly. They were fortunate I have not sued them for damages and for it completing the agreement in our contract. Out of fraud deceit and neglect this complaint warrants no further action and viper may pursue damages in court if the customer continues to harass viper automotive. I would like to add a threat on my life was made also at the time from the ratliffs.

[redacted] is just a flat out liar the car broke down way before the first payment was even do you lied about the car being repo when I called the the police never commented fraud and if so y was you still trying to collect money from me if I couldn't afford to pay the car note do that makes any since your also lien talking about some one threading your life your lien again if you claim I put a lot of miles when it was in my name with warranty but when it got approved in my sister name the miles didn't start over what since does that make also you knew the engine went out when I called you lied on [redacted] saying they didn't know what they was talking about but sure enough they did you had your friend tow the car and we never seen the truck again and the bank said they didn't have it neither [redacted] is a lier and you better hope I don't take you to court your a lier you lien saying we threading you which is a lie and you also said harassing you you have my money how is that harassing you when with holding someone hard earned money your money hungry and for a fact if you could take me to court for the little things you said you would did so but unfortunately you know you will end up having to return are [redacted] so if this don't work with returning the money I have the paper work to prove everything I'm saying so see you in court mr [redacted]
