Over charged for product I purchased bulk corn from the [redacted] location of Kanza Coop which I have done on several occasionsWhen I went inside to get my slips they charged me considerably more than normalI dismissed it as price of corn increase but when we investigated it further and called the [redacted] coop they said it was for their inconvience of having to load in my small trailerI called the coop office and talked to a woman and she told me that that is what they do and have always done thatThis is not posted anywhere and was never communicated to us on any occasion that we were there in the past
Over charged for product
I purchased bulk corn from the *** location of Kanza Coop which I have done on several occasionsWhen I went inside to get my slips they charged me considerably more than normalI dismissed it as price of corn increase but when we investigated it further and called the *** coop they said it was for their inconvience of having to load in my small trailerI called the coop office and talked to a woman and she told me that that is what they do and have always done thatThis is not posted anywhere and was never communicated to us on any occasion that we were there in the past
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I am currently gathering notarized statements from all the parties involved who will refute *** *** dba Viper Construction comments regarding the truth of the situation.
Furthermore, upon my
husband's Thanksgiving morale visit back from Guantanamo Bay Cuba where he is currently serving, he contacted *** *** DIRECTLY, to work out an agreement for a portion of our losses with the understanding *** *** would provide an itemized list of supplies purchased and then would negotiate a fare exchange amount. Once again *** *** was very charming and cooperative over the phone but failed to produce the requested itemized invoice and there was no follon *** *** part. My husband is back from training for a few days before he leaves to Cuba once again and will attempt to reach *** *** for a resolution but experience has proven *** *** is all talk - little action - unless prodded endlessly to the point of begging, nagging and finally threatening before he will do what he so "sweetly" promised.
If this is not resolved in the next business days I will be filing with the Smalls Claims Court of Bexar County
Regards,
*** ***
