We have been in contact with this customer and have sent them out replacement parts as well as some extra eliquid that they may have lostThis is ridiculous

We have spoken with this customer over the phone and have been in contact with them through our website (http://grab.by/Ft4U, this is a screenshot from our website letting the customer know that we need the product back before we can issue a refund)We have checked with our local USPS and all addresses that our establishment has previously been located and nobody has the package in question

We have been in contact with USPS about the issue with packages being held up at their Moreno Valley locationMost of those packages have been located and shipped to their proper recipientsWe have no problem issuing a refund once we receive the products backIf this customer requested Priority
Shipping they need to contact USPS and request a refund for the shipping cost since USPS was unable to deliver the package on time

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy the juice that you ordered from usWe have been in contact with you about this situation and even though it clearly states the we do not accept returns for issue refunds for the e-liquid in our return policy we went ahead and refunded you

[The case has taken so long for the company to respond and it's not acceptable, making me aware of the problem did not happen until I lodge complaint is a terrible business practice, they should have at least taken action to update me what happened on their sideAnd I don't even know what happened to those emails I have sent, and the amount of time I spent on trying to ring them and no one bothers picking up the phoneI DEMAND a clear explanation and action by next week from the business owner! ]

[Please see attached for the original email from the buyer (notice the date) and the tracking of parcel from USPS. it's clearly shown that the parcel has been delivered back and the business owner is arguing the goods are not received. ]

We are aware of this situation and are attempting to locate our products, which we do not have and have been unable to locate. Once we get our product back we will issue a refund.

I purchased an EGO One on May 26th of this year. It has completely stopped charging and therefore stopped working. I first contacted [redacted] and was told to contact the retailer which was Viper Vape. I was told that they could not do anything about it because it was purchased more that 6 months ago. Really, 6 months and 8 working days. I would not suggest anyone to purchase from this business.
