I purchased an EGO One on May 26th of this year It has completely stopped charging and therefore stopped working I first contacted [redacted] and was told to contact the retailer which was Viper Vape I was told that they could not do anything about it because it was purchased more that months ago Really, months and working days I would not suggest anyone to purchase from this business
We are aware of this situation and are attempting to locate our products, which we do not have and have been unable to locateOnce we get our product back we will issue a refund
