Review: We were originally going to use the photo booth associated with our dj/mc but their photo booth was already booked that day so we ended up using Viral Booth. Our dj/mc company actually booked them for us since we had already paid them for the photo booth component. We reviewed Viral Booths website and the photo quality looked really good and the yelp reviews were mostly positive so we were confident they would deliver on our wedding day. We were wrong. The photos were very dark and the photo quality was extremely poor. Also, the photos in many cases were cut incorrectly practically rendering them unusable in the future. (Please see scanned photos attached to this review). Not at all on par with what they displayed on their website. (The logo, admittedly, was very nice and the attendant was personable. But thats the end of the good stuff). We sent an email to our dj/mc company on 10/5 (the day after our wedding) expressing our concern with Viral Booth. We received a reply from [redacted] from Viral Booth 8 days later on 10/13 asking us to relay our concerns. We replied to [redacted] the same day and outlined our issues to him, also indicating that several of our guests who had been married/been to weddings recently commented on the poor quality. [redacted] responded two days later on 10/15 and offered us a $100 refund (ridiculous considering we spent well over $1000 for our photo booth package). We replied back the same day indicating we were uncomfortable with that amount as it wasnt even 10% of what we spent. Five days later, [redacted] emailed us back and indicated that he was talking it over with his business partner, [redacted], and would get back to us. We didnt hear anything from anyone for the next 19 days (!!!) and so we emailed them back with a followup on 11/9 to find out what was going on. We received a reply from [redacted] the following day (11/10) offering a $200 refund instead. We tried to resolve this with them but did not hear back from them since 11/12.Desired Settlement: Being that we can't redo our wedding and paid more than $1200 for this service, we would be satisfied with a refund of no less than $600.
