I met with Mr [redacted] Viramontes this evening and reviewed the information you emailed to me regarding the above mentioned complaint [redacted] stated to me that yes he remembers this incident with Mr [redacted] **., Mr [redacted] ** contacted rick via phone regarding the radiator issue., he was very upset and stated that we did not replace the radiator [redacted] asked him to come back to the shop but he refused and stated he knew what a new radiator looks like Mr [redacted] then decided to come unannounced regarding the issue, Mr [redacted] opened the hood of his car and asked [redacted] if that was a new radiator, at that point [redacted] realized that [redacted] ** was pointing at his transmission cooler which did look old and had bugs and did not look new., so [redacted] opened the radiator cover and showed him the new radiator that had no bugs and was in deed newafter that Mr [redacted] apologized to [redacted] and left content I believe that Mr [redacted] wrote this complaint to you before the matter was resolved We also have invoices for the new radiator that we purchased and installed on his car indicating year make and model of Vehicle as well as pictures of his old radiatorwe might still even have his old radiator

I believe that Mr. [redacted] wrote this complaint to you before the matter was resolved.  We also have invoices for the new radiator that we purchased and installed on his car  indicating year make and model of Vehicle as well as pictures of his old radiator... we might still even have his old radiator.
