I have personally spoke with *** *** three times on the phone regarding this matterI find this atrocious that they are claiming that I was not a customerI have requested a copy of the check that I wrote to American Storm Roofing*** ***
asked me who was the salesman was that handled my roof and after I told him his name was ***, he immediately started complaining about him and he said quote " I should have known" I will attach a copy of the tendered check once I receive it from my banking institution.I ask myself all the time, Why can't people just do the right thing? It is hard for me to imagine this company has an A rating, alone for how they have handled this issue from the beginning

Shades of Green just completed a project to add a paver walkway for my new home I truly cannot say enough about how well Brett managed this project He is very well verse in ideas and knows what products look best to compliment your home He and his teammate were always on time to the jobsite, their professionalism and skill set is superior and to install this walkway in over degree weather and high humidity - my hat is off to them! Each evening, they cleaned up the area and properly stored work items for the next day's work The walkway completely enhances the beauty of our front entrance We are now talking to Shades of Green about designing and installing an outdoor kitchen which I know will be just as beautiful!
