I have dealt with Virgin Farms from numerous different flower shops across the country They have "some" excellent quality roses Recently through my own floral shop, I started using them They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee This is NOT the case as I was unfortunate enough to find out I ordered a box of *** and it arrived wilted and unsalable I immediately contacted them and let them know I was expecting a credit and did not receive one Then after contacting them through Facebook, I was promised a sales rep would contact me and fix the issue Again, no contact, no credit I posted a picture of the dead product on their page and it was deleted I wrote a review which could not be deleted and was contacted within the hour and promised a credit I then ordered again and on the bill, was a credit for only HALF the amount expectedI complained and was basically told to "take my business elsewhere" They only called and offered to mail me a check for the remainder AFTER I posted another negative review on Facebook and on Yelp I feel they would not have offered me anything out of "good business ethics", but felt forced to appease me I'll never shop from them again nor recommend them Their roses may be occasionally quality roses, but, the other products and their customer service (at least from my rep) ***
