Ordered a few bundles an also a closureStated on the website it will be shipped 7- business days I've been waiting a total of business days excluding holidaysI've contacted the company multiple times and received varies dates of shippingI stills haven't received a clear answer about when I will receive my hair or a refund if they are not sending it

Ordered hair almost a month ago, haven't received a trackin number , calls weren't answered or my emailsFinally got a response after resending the same message on fb n asked for a refund, it has now been an additional week and still no refundI would NOT recommend to ANYONE

filed several chargebacks through credit card companys. Every time she orders she demands more bundles. We never have had problems with the quality of our hair. Also if the hair is so terrible I do not know why she places an order every other month then complain. We have tried to work with her but we will not take any more orders from her especially since she seems to always file a charge back with PayPal.

Please everyone do not order anything from Virgin Hair Obsession, they are huge scam. They will take your money and you will never get your hair or your money refunded. I am going to join that lawsuit. BEWARE VIRGIN HAIR OBSESSION IS A SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY STOLE NEARLY A GRAND FROM ME AND JUST STOPPED REPLYING TO EMAILS. THIS IS BT. All I want is my order or my m,only back, thats IT. This is NOT a stand up company! And I think that it is pathetic. I work hard for my money, and this company needs to make it right before I TRASH THEM all over social media.

My daughter ordered three bundles of hair, she has asked how track her order they do not answer. I have tried to email them they don't reply. Please don't order anything from them! They are a scam! She paid $455.00, we will file a police report of thief!

I ordered hair extensions on 10/27/2016 and it is now 1/25/2017 and I have NOT received anything from them. Virgin Hair Obsession completely stole my money and refuses to answer ANY emails I send. I have sent numerous emails, asking when would my order ship and I never received any kind of response. I asked for a refund, at least and still no response from this company! Virgin Hair Obsession is a scam company who is looking to steal from hard working individuals. How is this company able to get away with this! Something needs to be done so that this company can stop this horrible scam against customers!

This company stole money from a hard working citizen of this country and that's what it really boils down to. I ordered 22, 24,26 and 28 inch of hair but received 20 , 22, 22, and 24 inch. along with a closure the price of my hair came up to $500! This is money I work hard for and invested in my hair but this company sent the wrong hair, the price would not have been so much if those were the lengths I had requested. I reached out right away to company via email and social media, thoroughly explaining my problem and showing proof of the error, I even tried calling the "emergency number" on website. On IG, I was told I was going to get a response right away. Lies. They have not responded to me and I have continued emailing.I now see they have made their IG private. I don't understand how a company whose apart of the Revdex.com could steal from an individual. I honestly believe they purposely gave me the wrong hair to hustle me. Little do they know I will take full legal actions for my rights. Really, all I wanted was some good customer service, someone to tell me they understand my frustration and would help me solve the problem. But no, the company completely disregarded me. This is so sad, it really makes one not able to trust in this country. I will never suggest anyone to order from virgin hair obsession and I will be vocally letting social media outlets know. People say support your black companies but how can you when they treat you like you don't matter. I will never order hair online again thanks to virgin hair obsession.

Review: I ordered virgin hair from this company. Upon ordering, the website stated I would receive my product within 7-10 business days. This did not hold true. When I emailed them regarding my product and shipping. I got a computer generated email stating I would receive an email back within 48-72 hours, which on the website stated any emails would be responded to within 24-48 hrs. Still in all, I didn't get a email back in that time frame. Once I did get an email back they told me my shipment was not on time because they did not have some of the product I ordered. Not only did they not list that the product was out of stock on the website, they did not offer me any apologies, empathy for me having to reschedule numerous of hair appointments. So FINALLY the hair came. the hair reeked of processed chemicals, which on their website they state the hair is "unprocessed virgin hair". The curl patterns of the hair were also different. I ordered 4 bundles , 3 of them had the same curl and texture one did not. I took pictures and emailed them to the company , asking if they could make it right. I did not install the 4th bundle that was different, hoping I could ship it back and get a different one. Not only did they offer any assistance, they just asked me what did I do to it as far as co washing. I advised them I co washed it as instructed with conditioner, but the curl pattern was different before the wash, so I was 100% sure that it was not from that. After I explained that in another email to them, I have yet to hear from them, they never offered any resolution to all my issues. The whole consumer process was horrible. I tried to contact them through social media sites they have for business, they proceeded to block me from contacting them.Desired Settlement: All I wanted from them was an apology, and an exchange of the one bundle that was not up to par. Not only did they not offer me ANY kind of resolution, they basically told me as a customer that I was wrong. I would like either a partial refund or exchange.

Review: I purchase 3 bundles of Brazilian body wave hair and body wave close from virgin hair obsession on 02-16-2014. It shipped out on 02-23- 2014 and I picked up package from the post office on 02-28-2014. I opened the package to look at what I order and discovered that the hair were two different textures so I were very upset because I spent 415.00 dollars and the hair doesn't look nothing like the hair on their website. So I immediately sent them an email on 02-28-2014 since I know I had 7 days after receiving the product to request an RMA number to exchange the product. I stated in the email that I were very unhappy with the hair and I wanted to exchange the hair. They responded back asking what I did to the hair. I told them the hair is of two different textures and I were requesting RMA so I could proceed with the exchanging of the hair. They stated that I would have to wait 24hrs to receive RMA.Waited 24hrs. check email no RMA, so I send another email requesting RMA no results just giving me the run around. I been sending endless emails from 02-28-2014 to present requesting RMA so I can exchange the hair and the company completely stop responding back to me.Desired Settlement: Since the company have a no refund policy which I would like, considering the fact no one would address the issue I were having appropriately.So I don't have to deal with this company ever again. If I can't get a refund I would like to have an RMA number issued to me so I can exchange the product like I been requesting since 02-28- 2014 but instead all I got were bad customer service.

Review: I have place multiple orders with Virgin hair obsession every time I have ordered I had no major Problems with the hair only minor problems like the hair being stiff which all I had to do was condition it with great condition to bring it back to life so I know how to deal with virgin hair obsession hair but every time I had minor problems with their hair I contacted the owner via email being they don't have a number where you can call and talk to anyone which is weird..... but anyways I placed an order for Brazilian hair 18 20 and 22 which was 250.... the shipping was on time but when I receive the hair I co washed it like recommended and then got it installed in the hair was fine for like a week or so after that the hair was dry, shedding, napping up bad I could brush the hair and then when I turn my head it was back in nappy so I shampooed and conditioned the hair with the products virgin hair obsession recommended me to use, then again the hair was fine for like 3 hours then it was back to being dry and nappy I put no product on the hair I didn't bleach the hair it was in its natural state as I receive it in so it was just so unbearable I contacted the owner via email and let her know what was going on with the hair she didn't respond so three days later, I sent another email telling her that I was going to do a YouTube video letting everyone know that they were sending out bad hair and their customer service was horrible being I had emailed her and she didn't email back, I even express to her I didn't want my money back I just wanted 3 more bundles of better hair , & I would send the bad hair that she sent me back so she can know that I wasn't lying ....then she responded back saying that she was sorry no one get back to me and asked me did I put anything on their hair and told me to conditions the hair with the products that they recommended I then told her I been doing that n the hair still not acting right so I had to take the hair out and it was a waste of money being that I didn't even have the hair in for a month she has yet to reply back I also asked her what am I supposed to do suck it up as a loss n let her know I didn't think that it was fair that I was a loyal customer refer customers to her and she still didnt tried nor care to do nothing to resolve the problem...n it has now been 4 months n still no replyDesired Settlement: I just want my money back or I just want some different hair it dont even has to be 18 in 20 and 22 it could be 16 18 and 20 I just don't want to feel like I wasted my money

Review: The website says delivery will be between 7-14 days and it has been 21 days and I still have not received my purchase. If items were out of stock they should put that on the website and then the company doesn't reply to me when asked until I threatened to turn them into . They told me that the item had been sent twice before and both times they sent the items and gave me a tracking number that only said the label had been createdDesired Settlement: Hopefully I will receive my merchandise if not I will cancel it with my credit card. If I do not get it I will make another complaint as well.
