Virgin PetAir Transport

Paid $1,400 for pet transport insurance, per them animals now cannot be transported and I cannot get in touch with company for refund
1/30/2018 paid this company $1,400 for insurance to have animals transported. After 2 days of being told they were getting on a plane, they then say they cannot transport the animals. I now cannot get a hold to anyone from this company to refund my money.
