Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to a complaint received in my office on
August 6, 2016.  Mail is being forwarded
from the previous business address and this is adding at least a week to the
delivery of mail. I have recently transitioned into the ownership of this
company and this complaint was voiced to the previous owner.From my understanding, a complaint was voiced by [redacted]
to Christine S[redacted], former owner of Virginia Adult Care Education LLC, on June
27, 2016.  [redacted] attended a Train the Trainer for Trainers of
Medication Administration via Gastrostomy tube class on June 23, 2016 in
Charlottesville VA.  Trainers receive six
continuing education credits for successfully completing this training.  I was the trainer for that particular
class.  Per VA state regulations, one is
required to be a Registered Nurse to teach the medication administration via
G-tube training.  Regulations were linked
to the registration page for this class stating who was eligible to teach the
class, but the statement that only RN’s were allowed to teach this class was
not included as a part of the actual training announcement.  I did cover that information in the first
hour of the class session.  Mr. [redacted]
opted to continue with the class and did receive a certificate and continuing
education credits.The complaint was voiced first via telephone to Christine
S[redacted] on June 23, 2016 and then via email on June 27, 2016.  Christine S[redacted] was the owner at the time of
the complaint.  [redacted] contacted me
via email on July 2 with compliments of the class and also letting me know of
the complaint stating “it isn’t anything against you personally because I
really enjoyed the class”.  I contacted
him on July 3 with an answer to questions he had and a reply regarding the
complaint. (Emails available if necessary). 
From that point, I contacted Christine S[redacted] to help resolve the
situation since I had just begun to take over ownership.  I suggested that [redacted] be refunded the
full tuition of $150.00.  On July 7, as
the new owner, I personally refunded the full tuition to [redacted] via [redacted].  Therefore, this complaint was resolved as of
July 7, 2016.If you have additional
