I am responding to the complaint of [redacted] ***Mr*** brought his Jeep Liberty to us on 2/5/He requested an oil change and a diagnosis of a power steering fluid leakWe discovered the power steering pressure hose leaking and informed Mr*** of this and other findings on the vehicleThe vehicle had two lights inoperative as well as a worn tireWe presented the estimate to Mr [redacted] and he agreed to replace the hose, flush the power steering fluid, replace the lights and create a drain for the marker light to avoid water buildup in the futureMr*** declined replacing the tire, but approved the other work with an amount of $ [redacted] dollarsAfter completing the work, Mr*** came to the counter to pay his bill and the credit card was declinedWe were able to get $ [redacted] approved on the credit card and he had $ [redacted] cashAt that point, he requested to go to the bank to get the balance of $***I required him to leave me something so he would come back and he gave me his wallet, which is still hereI have called him three times and left two messagesI also emailed himI have never received any response At this point Mr [redacted] still owes $***.Terry B [redacted] ManagerVirginia Automotive Service [redacted] ***

I am responding to the complaint of [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] brought his 2003 Jeep Liberty to us on 2/5/18. He requested an oil change and a diagnosis of a power steering fluid leak. We discovered the power steering pressure hose leaking and informed Mr. [redacted] of this and other findings...

on the vehicle. The vehicle had two lights inoperative as well as a worn tire. We presented the estimate to Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to replace the hose, flush the power steering fluid, replace the lights and create a drain for the marker light to avoid water buildup in the future. Mr. [redacted] declined replacing the tire, but approved the other work with an amount of $[redacted] dollars. After completing the work, Mr. [redacted] came to the counter to pay his bill and the credit card was declined. We were able to get $[redacted] approved on the credit card and he had $** cash. At that point, he requested to go to the bank to get the balance of $[redacted]. I required him to leave me something so he would come back and he gave me his wallet, which is still here. I have called him three times and left two messages. I also emailed him.
