Review: paid $1650.00 for these people to rebuild my transmission and 6 days later car was ready and all seemed to be ok then another 2 or 3 days later my car started having same issues as before took it to them and when I called which was on a weekend on his cell phone, he said he was out of town and to call him that Monday to make arrangements to bring car back so I called him that Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday and left messages and he never returned called so I drove to Fredericksburg to see him and the building(suite F) which is his shop is empty, nobody there, his information etc. on the window is gone, meaning he has packed up and left and now there other issues all of a sudden with car also that maybe caused by them people working on my car.Desired Settlement: just want my money back.
Review: [redacted] previously had trans rebuilt. Fiancee had rear end done at a seperate time. At that same time the Kevin was suppose to have them fix why the truck turned off while we were driving it. Every time we paid for the work done it broke down again. I had been communicating via email with the business to get it resolved since they never fixed the issue why I turned off. Sent them a picture of the paperwork we got from another mechanic who did fix it. Asked to be reimbursed for some of the work done that didn't fix the issue. Finally there Secretary at the time emailed me back on Sept 11. And said they were going to send a check for $200. Talked to Kevin since then because trans was leaking and mechanic found bolt in it. Kevin wanted to speak to my [redacted] about that. [redacted] never called which is fine he paid for that service.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the $200 dollars stated in the email back on Sept 11.
