past with no complaints. On this occasion,
after a thorough explanation of the service to be rendered and the conditions
which could lead to a color variation from her request she agreed to the
service. Upon completion, and her expression of dissatisfaction, we offered to
either provide a second coloring to achieve her desired color free of charge,
or to fully refund her.
We reached out to the client to determine her choice and she agreed to return
for the second coloring. However, without explanation did not show up nor did
she return our calls.
As a fully licensed salon, we have always responded to our clients request. As
always, our offer to correct the coloring or fully refund her remains
available.
