I would not recommend this practice or any of their locations to any person seeking dental care. Whether it be for cosmetic, ortho or general dentistry.
A front tooth crown was put on, over a fractured tooth that led to major infections and a lot of issues.
Along with this the pricing quoted to repair this issue, (which I was told was warrantied) was then raised over and above the price written by their office personal, for the original work.
I have never been so angry, disappointed and outraged
with dental care in my life.
If you are wise and care about your mouth and teeth, do not go here! They have lost a lot of money from me, my family and referrals.

Review: I was scheduled for an 8am appointment. [redacted] called me a little after 8am and asked if I was coming and I said yes I was on my way in traffic. I asked if I was still ok to come and she told me yes. When I first arrived [redacted] took me back to the room and and the [redacted] said she was not ready. She asked me if I had to use the bathroom or anything? I said yes and went to use the rest room. I called my Grandmother to make the payment for me and due to my Grandmother taking a few times to answer the phone. [redacted] came and told me that [redacted] said she would not see me because I was late and having trouble with payment. I had taken off of work and used gas to to attend this appointment and now I am out of money and time and my mouth still hurts! Then the doctor said well you took your medicine and I had asked if I could take the medicine and the lady at the desk said it was ok and pointed me to the water fountain. If they were not going to see me they could have told me that over the phone when I was in route to their facility. As I called other Doctors and began writing notes on this incident [redacted] came and asked me to leave he facility. I had did not one thing to anyone. I asked why I had to leave and she said the [redacted] that was at another location said I had to leave. I was really embarrassed as there were two other people siting in the waiting area. So I asked for the [redacted] name and [redacted] sucking her teeth, rolling her eyes and blowing her breath, gave me the managers card. I called the [redacted] and she was very rude to me also. Telling me that I was sitting in the waiting area talking about the facility and asking for names. I explained to [redacted] that I was not talking about the facility however did ask for names of the people I dealt with. [redacted] skid me what did I need that for? I replied, I was Ming notes for myself of the incident. I asked [redacted] did she think it was appropriate to kick me out of the office. [redacted] replied, I don't think it was appropriate for you to sit in the waiting area if I wasn't going to reschedule and ask or people's names. I said ok, however you did not answer my question and I asked the question again. [redacted] said that she was not going to put herself out the there with something like this. At this point I felt I was not going to be heard as a customer/patient and I was not going to have any of my questions answered as a customer/patient. So I said ok thank you, we both said goodbye and hung up. I answered every question I was asked. I feel I should be treated fairly and with respect. This situation seemed to be fully surrounded by [redacted]. [redacted] said it was ok for me to still come to the appointment. [redacted] said I had a problem with payment. [redacted] said I drank water. [redacted] said my appointment had to be rescheduled. [redacted] went back and gave her opinion of my situation to the doctor . [redacted] said I had to leave per the [redacted] who would not say that she said I had to leave the facility. [redacted] had very poor customer service with me and I do not understand why. Over all my feelings were hurt and I do not feel I was treated fairly. Thank you for your time, [redacted]Desired Settlement: A discount on services would be ok. I must just look poor because I feel if I wasn't on a payment plan and had all money upfront this would not have been a problem. The doctors staff took up the reminder of the hour with going back and forth about my payment. They were still talking about me and discussing my situation while my Grandmother was on the phone waiting to make payment. I really think customer service skills should be gone over with [redacted] ( how to treat a customer/patient regardless of how you may feel about them). I feel the same should be gone over with [redacted] as she did not want to listen or did not listen to anything I had to say. [redacted] also would not answer a question or questions I had for her. She spoke her mind and talked over me about a situation that occurred and she was not even at the office at all. In my opinion [redacted] took the word of her employee as to her view of the situation and would not even consider me the patient who is by the way in pain ..... Because I was there to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had visited the office that Tuesday October 8, 2013 because I was in pain. In which I left early that day from work as well. I would like an apology letter from [redacted] as well as [redacted]. I am a human being as well as the two individuals that were with me. I have feelings and I was and still am in pain. It would have been nice to have a caring and understanding perfessional medical team to care for me in my time of need!! I experienced that with [redacted] when I had my teeth cleaned and I was treated very well!!

Business

Response:

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 10/29/13 she stated the customer has a zero balance.

My dentist is [redacted] Having just finished dental implants for hybrid dentures was really a very nice experience. [redacted] made sure my fit was perfect. He explained everything and nothing was rushed. The entire staff is more than helpful and friendly. Special mention to [redacted] assistant [redacted]. Thanks so much.
