the claims department.This insurance policy was cancelled back to the date of inception due to material misrepresentations on the application for insurance. Question #on the application reads: “Are any vehicles titled to someone other than the named insured?” This question was answered “No”The applicant was well aware this was a misrepresentation and the company would not have issued this policy if the question had been answered correctly.
