rental:Customer agreed to rent cottage for 2 weeks and there was no problem. When asking to rent an additional week, manager (owner's son) reported 2 weeks again and a refund could be given if my house repairs were done earlier.
I did want to leave after the first week of second stay, but the manager (Alexander F.) refused a refund.
More importantly, when I visited the owner of the property (mother/Virginia F.) to ask for my refund, I received a text that evening from the manager (son) saying "you are a pos. go f yourself".
When I contacted Home AWAY. VRBO and asked for a receipt, there is not one available because the owner's son took it upon himself to ask for private payment (check) rather than continue the contract with VRBO. This, I was told, is not how the HomeAway VRBO does business.
These people do not have the integrity to run a local business available to guests/out-of- town ers.
Delivery Others to be informed of poor business practice. poor integrity on behalf of owners.
