Review: I was unable to pick up my cap and gown (for graduation from NYU) due to personal family reasons. Before graduation, I emailed the NYU customer sales rep (this email:[redacted]asking if there was anything I could do. No one ever replied. The next day, I wrote [redacted] at again (this email: [redacted]). They quickly replied, saying "Your regalia order and payment are processed by the university bookstore on campus. Please contact the bookstore to inquire about cancellations and any refunds to be issued." I then went into the City to get to the NYU bookstore, where the manager told me, "[redacted] handles these refunds - we don't even have your credit card info - how would we do this." I then emailed [redacted] about this on Wed. May 22nd and no one replied. I emailed once again today.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the cap and gown I was unable to pick up and an apology for ignoring my emails.

The customer did not place her order with our office, located in [redacted] looks like it was a [redacted] office in New York or directly with the factory. I have forwarded the complaint to our factory waiting on response back.
