Scott from the business called. He was unaware this customer was having an issue. he reached out and found that the card has been mailed against May 1st and the customer confirmed that these had been resolved.
Review: I purchased an insurance plan through my employer who used this business as a broker to purchase the insurance. The insurance is paid through my paycheck weekly and has been since December, when the insurance was set up. Since December, I have received no insurance identification card from [redacted] where the insurance was brokered through. In addition, when I call into [redacted] customer service, I am not recognized by my social security number, name or phone numnber. It's as if I don't exist. I can only assume that Virginia Insurance Brokers is pocketing the money I pay for a premium every week. Where else would the money be going?Desired Settlement: I would like proof from Virginia Insurance Brokers that I do have insurance through [redacted]. I would like a representative form this company to have [redacted] contact me regarding the service I am paying for so I can actually use it.
