Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Still does not excuse the poor service for years prior Virginia Linen's excuse is the [redacted] didn't know about the problems or complaints(shame on him) ....my excuse is I didn't sign their contract, but rather my predecessor did prior to my taking over the [redacted] position in November of and I didn't have any knowledge of a contract or have a copy until Virginia Linen's [redacted] showed up at our office, without notice, after I had attempted to terminate service, and proceeded to get rather ugly about the situation Again, one-way.....their General Manager wasn't aware of problems and that is suppose to make it alright....but not alright that I didn't know about a contract In my humble opinionafter years of handling such matters, highly unprofessional and even more unethical Regards, [redacted]
