I recently had to get my backflow checked because my water company sent me a notice to get it checkedI called Downs plumbing because I heard great thingsWhen I contacted Downs I mentioned what I needed and also getting a quote for a gas line ranTwo guys came out and were very friendly but couldn't answer some questions I had about the gas lineBefore they left he said he would give me quotes one running a new line and one tapping into an existing I said great thank youweek passes by and no call or email backSo I called up and they wrote my situation down and said someone will contact youAnother week passes by and I now received a letter from my water company saying you have days to get the black flow checked or else it will be turned off! Without hesitating I called Downs once again and they wrote down my situation and again told me someone will contact youAnother week (3) goes by and I call again and state my problem and again they tell me someone will contact meThe following day someone finally called me backI told them they need to send the back flow paper to my water company before they turn it off in which I would need to pay a fee to turn it back on! They sent it off that day
Two days after that I finally get one of my quotes for the gas line! But its only running a new pipe, Not tapping into the existing I am very dissatisfied with the customer service Downs Plumbing hasI am constantly working with contractors and framers and I will not recommend Down Plumbing to anyoneIf I made one of my customers wait over weeks to receive a quote and when they call just keep giving them the run around I would bet I just lost their business
