On May 26, 2015, *** *** responded to our on-line advertisement for a *** *** gold color with all original wheels and original inside and outside look as it was supposed to be from the factoryHe called from the state of Colorado where he said he presently worked for a hospital, but
his actual address is in Nashville, Tennessee*** *** sent a $2,down payment for financing of the above vehicle and pur***d this vehicle at pur*** price of $16,and not for $23,as he stated in his letter of complaint to Revdex.comAs you see this was his first lie and dishonest statement about this case throughout (see Exhibit #6)Also, he told the finance manager at Virginia Motor Company that because he is far away and due to his job situation, he would sign all the documents and notarizes them in Colorado and after the financing is completed he will come to Virginia and personally take delivery of the vehicle as the dealer made this agreement to do so.After we called him that the car is ready to be picked up, he came with another excuse that because of his job, he shall not be able to do it himself and instead he sent me a picture of a young man named Darius Shepard that would be picking up the car and take it to Tennessee to himI asked him for a notarized authorization for this and he did that and authorized *** *** to do so (See Exhibit #1).On June 12, 2015, *** *** came and we delivered the vehicle to him and he signed the temporary plate registration to take the car to Tennessee (see Exhibit #2) so that *** *** would come from Colorado to Tennessee to state inspection and register the car at the Motor Vehicle Department thereBut this car never made it to Tennessee at all nor did *** *** call to ask where the car was eitherI called him three (3) times and ask him about it, but he was not concerned and ignored my callsInstead the car was driven by *** *** to east coast from Washington, DC and upstate New York according to himAlso, *** *** took the car to a shop and covered the entire outside and inside doors and trunk, grills, and wheels with blue and black plastic wrap that no one could recognize that this was the same car (see Exhibit #3)This was a violation to our agreement that he signed for (see Exhibit #at the bottom); that nothing can be done to the car until the whole process is completed and title is transferred to his nameI ask him why did he do this and he replied to me that this is my car and that *** *** does not care what I do to itI then called *** *** about this situation and he said it's Ok because *** *** likes it that wayAlso, *** *** never made and effort to go to Tennessee and without sufficient paper and necessary documents, we also could not do the title registrationIn the meantime, the *** Auto Finance title department called several times to find out the reason why they have not received the proof of title registration for the vehicleAfter I explained the situation to them, they realized that this pur*** was strange, not a pur*** and is against the bank policyThen a few days later, I was informed by the bank that they were going to debit my business account for the funded amount of $17,783.55, which they did on July 2, (see Exhibit #4)Therefore, I had no choice but to recover the vehicle.*** ***, *** *** acknowledged to all of our terms and conditions before signing many papers (see Exhibit #5), but he did not tell us what he was up to for purchasing this vehicle and it cost our business thousands of dollars for what he didAfter spending hundreds of dollars to remove the plastic wraps and new parts, spending money at *** dealer, cost of many overnight shipments, plus almost 2,miles added to the car and still this vehicle never made it to TennesseeAfter all the calculations of different fees and loses in this pur***, *** *** owes us another $1,300.00, which we never ask him to payAlso, please make note that my name is not *** ***, but Nematolla R***; why he calls me *** ***, I do not know.Thank you for your help in this matterIf you have any questions, please call me at ###-###-####

Review: In September of 2013 I brought a 2008 [redacted] from virginia Motor company. I was told that the car was one owner and had no accidents.

I recently went to [redacted] of [redacted] to trade my car in and was informed that I was not able to get top dollar for my car because it had been in a accident in March 2013. I was informed that it was in an accident in Washington Dc. Hit on the passenger side Fixed then sold to me.Desired Settlement: I would Like to be able to trade my car in at the same dealership with NO money down for a car that HASN'T BEEN IN A ACCIDENT!!!

Response:

November 11, 2014Dear [redacted], reference to your letter dated November 7, 2014, regarding [redacted]'s statement - that the car had been in an accident and the dealership didn’t tell him. That is not true.At the time of purchasing 2008 [redacted] on September 25, 2013, according to the [redacted] history that was shown it was no accident involved and this [redacted] reported was showed to [redacted] prior to purchase. This procedure is a standard in our dealership to show the [redacted] reports to every one of our buyers regardless of the automobile history and present the buyer a copy of the [redacted] (see exhibit 1). Very seldom from time to time the [redacted] receive new information's regarding an automobile that they didn't receive it at the time. After a year from the purchasing date, the [redacted] report indicates that the accident has been nothing but a fender bender that means no airbags deployed, no framed damaged, no salvage and didn't require towing. That is why in this situation the [redacted] company nor the dealership are not responsible for such a non sense complaint. No one miss informed [redacted] of anything in this maters. (See Exhibit 2) that he signed a forms that clearly indicated that we don't owe anything and we did not promise him anything. The same [redacted] report also indicated that the car had two previous owners and he saw it at the time of purchased. As far as getting top dollars for his car at car max. We don't know what does top dollars means in his mind. Dealers pay for the trade base on wholesale market values not retail values if he compared for what he paid for retail. However as a previous customer we respect him and he always welcome to come back like many of our repeat customers to upgrade his vehicle and choose whatever he qualify for and we will give him a fair wholesale market value for his trade. Other than that we are unable to do anything else for him.Respectfully;Namath R

Review: I purchased a vehicle on 02/12/2014 from Virginia Motors and I was not aware that they added warranty to my car in fact couple weeks after I purchased the vehicle I had some mechanical problems so I went back to the dealership to try to get their help and get the problems fixed but the general manager Ali told me that it was my problem because I knew I purchased a used car. he refused to even talk to me and told me that the best he could do was to give me the name of a good mechanic. I paid $37,121.85 for this car and the car did not pass the inspection required.

after having my contract review by my bank they told me that I did pay for the warranty so I called to file a claim to get my money back but they are also refusing to help me.

Please call me if you have any questions.

all im trying to get is my vehicle repair plus a refund for the warranty that I paid so I can purchase a new warranty with a company who will help me cover my veh.

In addition I want to make ssure that Virginia motors will no longer take advantage of their customers adding products with out their concent.Desired Settlement: all im trying to get is my vehicle repair plus a refund for $ 1850.00 the warranty that I paid so I can purchase a new warranty with a company who will help me cover my veh.
