Vehicle was brought into our shop on October 20th with complaint of noise Customer left vehicle and put cell number of *** to call once we determined problem. We road tested the vehicle then put it on the rack to inspect We found that the
lower ball joints bad and needed to be replaced We called the number written on the work order and there was no answer called several times and then also called *** (which was number we had on file and there was no answer). After a two days, customer called our shop and was told what needed to be replaced. Customer did not want to do the work When we tried to start the car to take off the rack,it would not start To get to the Interstate battery,we had to remove the left front tire The battery was low on water We added the water, charged the battery and put the tire back onThe work order was not signed,so we would not have been able to do any of the work without customer's signature All they were charged for was the time it took to remove,recharge the battery and put the left front tire back on the vehicle. The last time the customer was in our shop was 8/18/(for an oil change) Before that,it has been 1-1/years since they were last in our shop. I have attached the past two year's invoices for the various vehicles they have brought in All work orders and invoices were signed and approved by customer.We have a business to run and to have a vehicle in our shop for days and not being able to reach the customer is quite frustratingWe do not leave any vehicles left in our custody outside at night so not sure why customer said the vehicle was "parked out back".Sorry the customer feels this way,but we tried several times to reach them by the phone number left on the work order to no avail.Sincerely,
The manager here is a total flake! I just dropped off my truck to get an alignment done minutes after I left, I get a call that they cannot perform the alignmentI ask why is that? He tells me that in order to tell me why, I need to pay him $ I thought he was joking, he wasn't He tells me exactly this, "Look, its simple, you pay me $or come get your truck!" He then hangs up on me! Never giving me an option to pay to fix what is wrong with my truck, just hangs up The worst service I have ever received anywhere!
