Virginia Surety Company

Virginia Surety, the company that "provides the built-in car rental insurance" when you rent a car with your Chase United Explorer (and other) card, is IMPOSSIBLE to settle a claim with. Documents submitted, they push back week after week with no resolution. It's a sham. I doubt the bank knows what goes on behind the scenes, though the premium they pay must be hefty. I have filed a formal complaint with JP Morgan Chase. Consumer Reports is next. Let's see what happens.
