Review: Virginia Tech continues to charge for transcripts to be sent. I spent $80,000 to get a degree from Virginia Tech. I should NOT have to pay another $10 for my transcripts to be sent. It's outright robbery.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $10 and to receive free transcripts to be sent in the future.
