#[redacted]To: [redacted]@Revdex.com.orgI am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] Alexandria Virginia [redacted]. 1) each time the vehicle was towed it was a legal and rightful tow. [redacted] admitted to being in the wrong parking spaces with the permit she had displayed.  The parking area is set up (because of lack of parking spaces) so each resident is guaranteed 1 parking space.  In these spaces you need a green parking  permit.  All other spaces are first come first serve and require a orange parking pass. The [redacted] also acknowledged that she was towed for having expired tags. In the Homeowners Parking Rules and Regulations it states that all vehicles on parking lot must have up to date tags and inspection.2) [redacted] also claimed that Virginia Towing was not using dollies/dragging AWD and 4WD vehicles to their storage lot in Springfield from the [redacted] parking lot. This is mechanically impossible to drag a car for 5 miles without tearing the vehicle up beyond repair.  On the receipt [redacted] received states that dollies were used but there was no fee charged.3) [redacted] has complained that the driver shines a flashlight into vehicles and that there have been car part thefts on the property.  The driver uses the flashlight to see the parking permit only.  The thefts that have occured are in no way related to any employee of Virginia Towing.Unfortunatley, residents do get towed from this property because of the lack of parking spaces.  Forgetting your permit and parking in wrong designated parking spaces will result in the vehicle being towed.  Virginia Towing has been servicing the [redacted] Apartments for over 15 Years and have a good relationship with the management and board of directors.  If a refund was requested by either the board of directors or the management company, we would honor the request.  This vehicle was never requested for a refund by the board of directors or the management company.Thank You,Rolo V[redacted]
