This company is the worse storage experience ever. In the few short months they opened the roof, cleaning all types of crap and throwing it in on top of my stuff. They left the roof open for a few days letting birds inside. They then closed the the holes, locking the birds inside. The birds crapped everywhere on top of everything then died on my furniture, the juices leaking out and running pieces. Once the units where "fixed" they left holes open allowing for mice to get in. Due to all these troubles they raised my rent by 80%
