This company has the worst business ethics ever!! They charge your credit card before you get the productThen when talking to the customer service personnel, they make promises, but will send you nothing in writing even though they say they will email the information to youOnce they finally send the refund, a portion is sent in the form of a check and the other is directly deposited into your accountBut wait, there more! It still doesn't total the refund amount they stated they will give you, after the "restock" feeThe CR department will tell you that it's less due to the "restock" feeHowever, you have already paid a "restock" feeSo then they claim they will direct deposit it into your account.....and the cycle continuesIt's their game to move the money and see if you can follow the money and get what they have promised to refund youIf it was possible I would rate is business and my experience with star, but that was not an option
