settings selected by our usersIn the complaint you filed, you mentioned that we are peddling fraudulent sharesWith our service, we only charge for viewsWe do not charge for sharesWhen videos are promoted through our service, engaged audiences have the ability to easily click and share videos with the custom bannerThis is something that we can optimize for, but we cannot control or guarantee thisWhen your video receives shares, we are not compensated in any way, so it does not make sense that we would be peddling fraudulent shares for your videos

Fraudulent traffic means botted traffic, or robots, as opposed to real peopleNone of these Twitter accounts represent botted trafficWhen we look at the links provided in your complaint, they do not appear to be fake accountsWhen we reviewed the shares from your video, we see that some of the viewers saw your video on gaming sitesWhen people are on gaming sites, they may watch videos and then easily share the videos with their friends if they are engaged by the contentUsers on gaming sites may be online for extended periods of time, leading to long threads of shared videos and information on their social media
The exact term "Have you seen this video" is the default for when someone shares the videoPeople can change the text, but it is not unexpected that the majority of people would leave the default text when sharing videos

We changed the way we process payments and we process them via wire transfers. This is how all of the big companies do it including Google, Facebook, AOL and Yahoo (now Verizon). We are  following the same process and procedures. The amount owed is very small and we would be...
