Virsacom Business Services Reviews (9)

Review: I was contacted under the assumption VIRSACOM was part of our printing service company asking about our current toner inventory. We were billed for one Sharp Brand MX 2600 toner and invoice was paid due to lack of scrutiny of bill. I just contacted my printing service company and was told to contact the Revdex.com and report fraudulent charging and billing. Also I just received a second invoice for 4 Sharp Toners totaling $1,564.56 that was not requested. I would like to seek a full refund of my initial payment and dispute any further bills received from VIRSACOM.Desired Settlement: Total refund of charge $398.97

Review: Virsacom has been sending us invoices for toner which we never ordered and never received. They call asking for different people within our company in an attempt to find someone who doesn't know about their scam to pay a bogus invoice.Desired Settlement: We would like for Invoice #[redacted] to be voided fully in writing and for this company to never contact us again.

Review: [redacted] This company is charging us for toner they say was delivered to us. However, this was never requested by Swiss Post Solutions, we have a contract with [redacted] which includes toner coverage.Desired Settlement: I want invoice number #[redacted] Dated 11-6-2013 voided in full.

Review: Salesman called claiming that my office manager had solicited their services in regards to ink cartridges for our printer. They had information about our personnel and printer model number that they used to con me into agreeing to have them send a printer cartridge. I recently received an invoice for said printer cartridge for the amount of $398.97 for a $40 ink cartridge. When I called to inquire about the bill, the service rep from Virsacom was extremely rude and unhelpful. He would not answer my questions about the bill and then hung up on me as I attempted to ask further questions. I am returning the ink cartridge now as I had received it a while back not knowing that I had been scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like this invoice to be revoked due to deceptive and dishonest dealings upon returning the ink cartridge. I would also like a check for the amount of $100 to cover my shipping costs and time spent dealing with the unsolicited con job.

Review: These people are calling our office "Advanced Planning Technologies, Inc." stating we owe them money for products we received. Our staff indicated if this is the case, please send us an invoice. I received an invoice today from Virsacom (invoice no. [redacted]: Due 10/10/2013 in the amount of $298.95 due and it is marked 90+ days past due.) We have not ordered anything from these people or anyone they are affiliated with but yet they are sending an invoice hoping for some free money.Desired Settlement: As a business owner, I am completely appalled by these types of deceptive free loaders and request legal action be taken against them by the State of CA. I have researched this company and other complaints against Virsacom and ask that this be taken care of. I also have information stating that they are working on behalf of other companies thus it's not their doing. This is completely wrong, ignorance is not an excuse they can or should be able to use when they are the ones falsely extorting.

Review: Virsacom called our receptionist (with our company [redacted] asking for the make and model of our copier. She gave it to them and they supposedly sent out some toner because the next thing to arrive was an invoice in the amount of $498.97. Our receptionist did not place the order nor does she have the authority to do so. When we called Virsacom to complain they gave us a tracking number and said they shipped the toner so we have to pay for it. We never received it. They went as far as to provide a tracking number with a signature (that doesn't belong to anyone here in our small company). I filed a claim with UPS but they will only discuss the findings with the sender (Virsacom).Desired Settlement: We would like for Virsacom to send us a credit in full for the bogus invoice.

Review: We receive bills from them when we do not order they refuse to stop calling or billing

No product has been received everDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all monies paid to them and a conformation that they will not send another bill

total paid to date $2,383.40.items billed 1,955.70

Review: We continually receive calls from Virsacom trying to sell us Printer/Copier toner. We received products we did not order with a $398.97 invoice.

These people from Virsacom call us continually to sell us products. We have told them we do not have a copier and we do not buy any products from them. We started hanging up on the daily sales calls. In 1/3/14 we received a UPS package from Virsacom and it contained a Toner Cartridge. The invoice is # [redacted] for $398.97. I called the number and spoke with "[redacted]" who said it must have been a mistake. He would need my email address to send a UPS return label. He then asked me about the invoice and I told him we did not order from them, never have ordered from him and he said it was a "mistake". These people called here every day and would get the employees name who answered the phone and then call and ask for them by name every day. This was not ordered by us. I am currently waiting on the UPS return label, but I do not feel like it is going to be that simple. I researched this company and they are a "front" for scammers.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a credited invoice and to have it on record these people have unethical business practices.
