Subject: ID- [redacted] Hi There my answer to this complaint, is the I meet Mrs [redacted] to do a fence repair, the I send him the quote and he accepted, so after that happen he call me two or three days after he acceptance and he ask me why I have a complaint in the neighborhood face book page and I explain to him, I also mention to him please if you don't trust don't hire me hire someone else but he said (no I'm hire you) so I ask for a dawn payment, he email me hold off for nowI need get another bidthanks.so I replay to him good morning! [redacted] No problem after this email the start date will be change till we heard from you, have a good day! This was on November 16ththen he email me on November 20th asking to call himI call him same day, and ask him if he need a new a new quote or revise the same quote, ( no answer for him till ? November 25th, saying the he like to do the work and the he will send a down payment, and he want be on December 11th? no down payment receive, on November 28Th.December 4th I email him saying friendly remainder in down payment? he said let meet up this week, is check ok? December 4th he ask for siding repair and I tell him I don't do siding.so December 11th he call me a few times when I was working a machine all day and I didn't able to rich my phone, by then I feel like refuse to do a work wit him he also offended me saying the I'm not man enough to answer his callso December 10th is when I said to him the a refuse to do work with him.our company is been for years doing business and the rule we have is the never get a check in hand because during the day we can lost it or someone can stole from our truck (that happen before) and we are trying really hard ? to make everybody happy, bust sometimes they don't want help us.Respectfully,?
