[redacted] , we are responding to the complaint filed against our company by our client [redacted] paid for his project online through our Invoicing SystemThe fact that how he states that he did not receive a detailed receipt is a claim against our companyFor he would have been given a detailed Estimate, Deposit Invoice, as well as a Final Payment Request InvoiceEach detailed Invoice he would have and did receive before making any payment at allIn fact [redacted] requested from us a less detailed InvoiceHe stated that th the original Invoice was too detailed and that he wanted a more simple invoiceWhich we did provide him also, likely just after his fil ing of this complaintAs to his calls and not returning them this also is not truthfulWe talked several times and returned he every callWe do have electronic proof of all our Invoices, interactions, and communications for the Revdex.com's review if they wish to have a copy of them for reviewWe take pride in serving our clients with the best service possible and we always return communication to our paying customers.?
