Return of shoes
Manipulated picture of shoe sole so 50% restocking could be charged. Literally tried shoe on, walked two minutes on clean tile kitchen floor , determined too small in width, initiated return, repackaged. Amazon should not allow them as seller. DO NOT BUY from them. If you do take pictures- return policy is a money maker for them.

Worst company ever. Falsely advertised color of shoes, phony return policy. Pictures shown, read all reviews, do not buy from them, even on amazon. These is have horrible customer service and I encourage all to buy elsewhere.

I bought a pair of running shoes and put them in my closet for a few months. When tried to wear them, I found that both were only for the right foot. When I sent e-mail, no body responded. When I called< I was told that they do not have record and I waited too long. People working for this company do not know that a person has one right foot and one left foot, not two right feet - what an incompetence! I will donate shoes to two people who need only right foot shoes.

I ordered shoes via Amazon and when received they were defective. The sizing was wrong. Customer service refused to acknowledge the defect.
The toe of the shoe fit but the heel was twice as wide as normal. Clearly a default in manufacturing. I started a return for the item being to big. I was informed that return shipping would not be paid because it was a sizing issue. I contacted customer service multiple times (I have the e-mails) explaining that the sizing was a quality/manufacturing issue not that I ordered the wrong size. I received no assistance and no acknowledgement of the defect from Virtual Exchanges. Just continued refusal to pay for return shipping on a defective product. I finally relented, printed their provided non-paid return shipping label, put the order information in the box and took the shoes to my local post office to return. I paid $10 for return postage. I contacted Virtual Exchanges on 5 Jan to find out the status of my return. They denied ever receiving it even though I used their non-paid label. After a few e-mails, I provided the tracking number to customer service. They continue to say they haven't received my return - impossible. I'm out $20 for the shoes, $10 for shipping and more time and frustration that the $30 represents. Looking at previous complaints, this isn't an isolated incident. Buyer beware - bad company to deal with.

Despite no damage to item no exchange or refund offered - less than two months of return from purchase - forced buyer to absorb return fees See above - their return and exchange policy is unfairDesired SettlementI already authorized absorbing 10$ return fee - would be nice if they covered itBusiness Response We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. To qualify the buyer must return the item in its original brand new condition so that the product can be resold as new. This buyer wanted to return an item over 2 months after their purchase. We offer discounted prices with free outbound shipping. For this reason we do not offer free returns for any of our items. Unfortunately we will not be accepting this customer's return. All of our policies are very transparent and we encourage all customers and potential customer to reads those policies before making a purchase. Thank you

I am filing a complaint against Virtual Exchange due to this Company refusing to issue a refund for merchandise that was returned. I placed an order for a pair of extra wide calf boots from Virtual Exchange via [redacted]. The order was placed on April 27, 2014. The boots were delivered on May 3, 2014. The boots were advertised as "extra wide calf" boots but the boots were not extra wide calf and the leather appeared to be synthetic. The boots were delivered without a packing slip or receipt. There was no return information or any of the Company's information included in the shipment. I went to the [redacted] website to request a return shipping label, which required approval from Virtual Exchange. I returned the shipment to Virtual Exchange via [redacted] on or before May 31st. What's worse is I paid Virtual Exchange for shipping the merchandise and I had to pay almost $22.00 to return the merchandise. I waited for a credit to appear on my [redacted] account. When the credit was not issued I contacted [redacted] and they sent Virtual Exchange an email requesting my account to be credited. Virtual Exchange refused saying the merchandise must be returned within 30 days. They directed me to a website with their refund/exchange policy. Again, this policy was not disclosed at the time I placed the order or included in the shipment. I am requesting Virtual Exchange to issue my [redacted] account a credit of $79.99 as their refund/exchange policy was not not included in the shipment. I am also going to file a dispute with [redacted] credit. The only resolution I am seeking is a refund.Product_Or_Service: Extra Wide Calf Leather BootsOrder_Number: Order ID [redacted]Desired SettlementRefund due to the refund/exchange policy not included in shipment or disclosed at the time the order was placed.Business Response Hello,We would like to assist this customer however the order number that they provided is not correct.[redacted] order numbers consist of 17 digits and the customer left out the last 7 digits.
