I am no longer receiving phone calls to the phone number paid for / furnished by VirtualPhone.com and cannot reach them to resolve the issue(s).
I leased the phone number, XXX-XXX-XXXX, from VirtualPhone for a 1 year term. Back in 5/19, we stopped receiving calls - which was strange because I had not received a renewal bill or any notification from Virtual Phone. At that time, I tried to log in to investigate the issue, and could not log in using our credentials.
I have since reached out to VirtualPhone via email (both [email protected] AND [email protected]) AND the phone number on their site (***) - all of which has gone nowhere and/ or VirtualPhone has been unresponsive to answer.
We need the phone number back and services re-initiated
Company advertises "virtual phone" service. Downloaded the appropriate app, followed the company's on line setup...service never provided (never worked).
Tried to contact the company via phone numbers provided...routes to a voice mail that is full (perpetually). Emails sent to sales, billing, and support all go unanswered. Used on line forum on their web site and discovered dozens of others who have all signed up but received no service - some even entered into paid accounts and have yet to get any service or even replies to emails/calls.
Company appears to be a scam.
