Beware! This company will lie to you! Then bill you. Then not call you back.
I would suggest staying far away from this company.

They assured me that my test was preauthorized and paid for by insurance. After the test they sent me a bill and said they were out of network. Liars!

I am writing to make you aware of the bad faith that this organization is currently operating with. Your organization is misinforming patients in order to gain billing opportunities. Then, refuse to follow up and resolve issues regarding these deceptive practices.
I am disputing a charge on my bill dated 2/22/2018. The charge is dated 7/18/2018 and is in the amount of $267.00. The code number is G0399. The amount is in error because your representative told me that the charges were preauthorized by my health insurance provider and there would no charge to me. This is evidenced by the fact that your company asked for NO advance payment for your services. I would not have agreed to receive your equipment had I known of these charges. Your representative intentionally misled me and acted in bad faith.
I contacted your organization by phone and spoke to Theresa in the billing department on Monday February 26th. She informed me that she would have my call returned by Lea Marie - Manager or Tonya - Billing Manager. A registered letter was then sent to Virtuox on 3/8/2018.

Review: This company was contracted by my father's health care provider, [redacted] to deliver a [redacted] test. It took several weeks for them to deliver the device to the home with instructions to call after test completion to pick up device which carried the recorded test results. We called as instructed and were told to hang it on the door and they would pick it up the following day. No one showed up. We called again and were told the same thing. Still no one showed up. After FOUR attempts over the course of FIVE WEEKS we FINALLY drove its across town ourselves to their local office. Six months later we are receiving the first bill showing a service date of Jan *,2014. We were told by the insurance company that the bill from Virtuox for the Diagnostic Procedure was denied due to UNTIMELY FILING. The window to file was 90 days and they filled after 120 days. The insurance would have paid had the company filed on time. I have submitted a payment in the amount of $7.80 which is the 20% copay my father's insurance company requires. I do not feel we owe the remainder since they were unpaid due to their own negligence. I have made several calls to their office about the bill but they are unwilling to cooperate.Desired Settlement: Eliminate remaining balance due on account #[redacted].
