I am having a bad reaction to these products,called company was just cut off never got to talk to anyone.I want a refund an no more shipments sent.
Complaint was explained in upper box no other details to be stated.
just want my money refunded,an any further shipments canceled.

I have the same complain of this company Testo Edge and Xtreme We Pre Workout in the same address as another customer wrote the only differences are the amounts of money I explain I buy the product by internety free of charge for only $ 4.95 TRYTESTOBOOSTXL and the other for $ 4.96 TRYNITRICBOOSTE THE DAY 4/15/2019 I do the charge and then the day and the day 4/22/2019 I receive by mail the procduto to prove it and 5/1/2019 they make me the total charge of 95.35 and 95.36 in the same order name of the pills or as one can corroborate the product followed lla mao the day 4/28/2019 I call to see what happened and once canceled and did not explain anything of the terms then I call the day 4/30/2019 for Seeing was really canceled and how long I had to wait for my money and that's when they came out with their 15-day test history and it was not 30 days and what they credited to my account were $ 47.67 from $ 190.71 with a difference of $ 143.04, I did an investigation in my bank that is the on point and they did not answer the calls and today I contacted the Bank to see the investigation's status and they explained to me that I lost that money ...
My resolution would be to have my money back but I know they will not do it but by this means I give them the complaint so that other people do not fall into this type of business ...
I tried a free sample that was offered online with payment by me for shipping only which I agreed to.
They then asked if I wanted to try another

Nothing stayed the second sample would charge me $95.00.
I spoke with the company and they said I could return the product for a refund which I did, the product was never opened or used.
Every time I call them I'm told a supervisor will call me back in 2-3 hours which never happens.
The last time I called a demanded a supervisor and spoke to one and she said she would escalate it to upper management and they would take care of my refund and someone would call me back which again never happened.
I never used this product and I just want my money back.

Their website is very deceptive. There is no plain language as to the costs involved. They ask if you want a work out bottle and you check the "NO" box they send it anyway.After 7 days they charge your account $95.36 for each bottle and then refuse to give you a refund!

Failed to mention extra charges with trial sample products.
In short a company called Testo Edge offers a promotional "free" 30 day supply fitness supplement which turned out to be nothing more than a testosterone booster/male enhancement pill for just $4.95 S&H. I was under the impression from the ad that it was workout supplement like you would get with protein powders and things of that nature. With this offer they automatically sign you up at the time of purchase to a subscription that costs $89.96 a month starting after your trial period has ended. They give you 14 days of a 30 day supply to try the product which was not specified as the "Trial Period" in the ad. It just says if you don't like it you need to cancel withing 14 days to avoid further charges. It takes a week for the product to come in the mail so you really only have a week to try the product and it's not like you are going to see any real results or differences fitness wise in a weeks time. So they count on you to want to continue using the product. If you decide to keep the rest of the "free" 30 day supply bottle they sent you, you have to pay them $29.95. If you decide to cancel before the 14 day trial period is up you don't have to pay the $29.95 for the "free" 30 day supply bottle but, you have to pay shipping costs to return what is left of your "free" 30 day supply bottle or you will be charged full price for the product. If you decide to cancel your subscription after the 14 day trial period you will be automatically billed a purchase fee of $89.96 for the "free" bottle they sent you. I called customer service twice and spoke with 2 phone representatives. The first ones name was Termeshe? employee #974. I spoke with her to initially cancel my subscription and she was the one that first told me about this process. The second was a supervisor named Vanessa employee #509. I talked with her to make sure I understood completely what was going on. Vanessa clarified and confirmed the information above. I told both of them that is a shady misleading way of doing business and that I would be sending back my order back unopened and I didn't want to have anything more to do with their business.
My real complaint is that this company practices sly back door tactics to charge you money any which way they can with out really giving you a chance to try their so called "FREE" 30 day supply bottle fitness supplement.
If they were going to do this they should have just said this product costs $89.96 and our promotion is we will send you a 30 day supply for a discounted price of $29.95. So now I am out $20 for shipping costs for 2 bottles of product that I haven't even tried or really even want to try because it loosely marketed as a fitness supplement instead of a testosterone booster/Male enhancement pill. I have pictures of one of the ads, my order receipt, and the fine print at the bottom of the promotion.

I would like this business and business like them to realize that if you try to backdoor your customers like this it's going to come back on them if not legally then socially. This maybe boarder line if not false advertisement. If I were them I would highly reconsider my unethical sales and marketing tactics before someone starts issuing lawsuits or starts blasting over media platforms about these tactics.
Customer place order on the 17th of January paid for the shipping, then customer called in within his trial period to cancel on January 24th and was issued a RMA to send back the remainder of the product. *** has not been further billed for anything else aside from his shipping cost.

These people obviously don't understand why I filed the complaint. They falsely advertised a "free 30 day supply bottle" of their product using false testimonies from celebrities and other people to promote it. In the offer it says "free bottle". It didn't say a half bottle, a quarter bottle, you only actually have 14 days to try a 30 day supply bottle and then send it back... it states "free bottle". Then when I called to cancel the subscription that I had to agree to sign up for to get the "free bottle" they said I have to pay them money ($30) to keep the free trial bottle. If I have to pay for it then it isn't free. Then they said if I don't pay them money to keep the free trial bottle then I have to send it back which was not advertised in the "FREE TRIAL BOTTLE" offer. This is a flyby night company trying to squeeze as much money out of the unsuspecting customer as possible. There is a YouTube channel that posted a video about these kinds of companies. If I had known that I would be forced to pay additional charges after canceling my subscription to send the product back or keep it, I wouldn't have even bothered with it in the first place. I would have just spent $20-$30 and bought it from Amazon and not dealt with these slide of hand business tactics. But, they offered the same product for the price of shipping ($4.95). I am not asking for a refund I am saying I am not giving this company another dime. I paid for the shipping and canceled my subscription therefore our business is done. There was no mention what so ever that I would have to pay more money to keep the "Free Trial Bottle" or pay money to send the rest of the product back in the ads that were posted. Although it begs the question why would I have to send the remainder of the product back to begin with? It's not like they can repackage the pills in new bottles and send them back out to other customers....

Customer sent email we replied back to him to explain trial has expired. We allow the customer to post back the bottle since it was sealed. On the 9th of January we gave the customer a call to confirm the return to process. On 1/13 refund was processed for returning the bottle.
