Review: I sent a rush visa application for Brazil last Jan **(date received at NY visa express office)at 10:30am via FedEx. Visa Express advertisement for rush processing is 5-6 business days. My travel date to Brazil is January **2014. Up to this very day January [redacted]2014l not push through due to no having my passport and visa. As a result of this problem, I have to pay more money for cancelation of my plane ticket from Miami to Rio and [redacted]'s plane ticket from Sao Paolo to Rio, who is traveling to Rio just to pick me up.Tickets cancellation fees--$200.00-My ticketConsulate fee-$180.00 Service fee--$199.00[redacted]'s plane ticket--$440.00[redacted]'s ticket cancelation fee--$150.00These are all the expenses incurred due to my canceled travel to Brazil.

Desired Settlement: I would like for Visa Express Company to reimburse all the money I have lost as a result of their not delivering my passport and visa within 5-6 days, as it says in their advertisement.

Review: I purchased a Visa Vanilla One card (with cash ) at C.V.S.on March **, 2014 for $500.00.They charge me $4.95 for the use of this card.The card was never activied. I E-mailed copys of my receite and copy of card front and bank severals times. At this time no one has tryed to call me or contact me in any way in regards to helping me with this matter.I have called Visa many many times and spoke with superviors with no response.This card does not work. Can you help?Desired Settlement: At this time I am requesting a full refund of $504.95. Thank you.
