Was told that my car would have its power window fixedThey had the car for two days, replaced the motor for the window without checking or tracing the wiresWas told the car was not fixed, but charged $for the jobWe were told to come at 5:to pick up car, and in the meantime the owners dog came out and urinated on my shoeWe were told that the car was not fixedIt took them until 7:pm to give us the car backWe waited two hours for it!!!!! And it was not fixed!! She told us to bring it back the following week and was also told it would be $an hour and she couldn't give us an estimateWE WERE RIPPED OFF BY THIS CARELESS OWNER and were treated terriblyShe was unapologetic and insincereShe also would not try and fix the car immediately, she wanted us to come back the following weekHer last words were "Be careful not to touch the switch, the window will come down and get stuck
