At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dalia Diamonds regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Business owner is very arrogant and rude, still play childish and greedy game not getting refund to us after driving to the store round
trip for hours including traffics on May *** , Owner first lied to us and made me travel to store in vain Multiple times!!!!! Business like this should be fined hugely and put on newspaper or media so that other people won't be fooledSuspended business license and close the store !!!!!!

Regarding case number ***, date filed 4/**/2016,reason for delay is that our business haven’t received the complaint until 11/**/16. I would like to begin by addressing the initial issue “owner told us EGL certificate is same as GIA, product is real diamond.” Customer came into our store never asking about a certification, the sales rep started by showing the customer the REAL diamond alone, when the customer showed interest in purchasing the diamond the EGL certification was presentedOnce the EGL certification was seen by the customer, they asked what the difference was between GIA and EGL certifications, the sales representative then answered that both companies work under the same diamond grading scale the only exception between the two is that EGL is a more lenient company. The next issue, client claims to have been told by a professional months later that the product that we sold is "a fake and enhanced diamond worth less than the sale value”As mentioned before the diamond is a REAL diamond certified by European Geological LaboratoryWhen the price was given to customer, they asked “why is it so low?” We then explained that the customer is paying for a lower quality diamond, with a higher quality LOOK due to the clarity enhancementClarity enhancement was written on the certification, as well as the receipt signed by the client that states “clarity enhancement special care required.” Although the diamond is clarity enhanced it is still a real diamond. Lastly the customer wanted a full refund for the purchase, we here at Dalia Diamonds have a very strict policy for no refund, indicated in the receipt where it states “all sales are final.” Brian ,the owner told the customers that we have diamonds that have not been enhanced and it will be better if they come in to see them in person and will give them an exchangeThe customer and owner came to agreement to substitute the enhanced diamond with a different diamond for a additional payment, customer left satisfied and said will come back with a check for the differenceThe customer returned later with a change of mind , stating that he wants a full refund insteadThe owner broke his own police to accommodate to the customer’s request and agreed to give them their full money back via check to resolve the issueThe customers then demanded that the payment of 37,000$ should be given to them in cash only, (customers original payment was via check) the owner was unable to accommodate to that request therefore the dispute remains unresolved.
